Diabetic Apricot Salad Recipe
- 1 box apricot Jello (sugar free)
- 8 ounce. Philly cream cheese (lite)
- 20 ounce. can crushed pineapple (sugar-free)
- Cold Whip (lite)
- 1/4 c. sugar (omit) (Sugar Twin, 3 pkg.)
- 1 c. ice water
- Bring to boil crushed pineapple and sugar remove from heat and stir in Jello; then cream cheese.
- Add in ice water, stir and let refrigeratetill getting thick.
- Mix in Cold Whip and refrigerateagain.
