Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks Recipe

  1. Rub lamb shanks with salt and pepper.
  2. Place in slow cooker.
  3. Add in apricots and prunes.
  4. Combine water and rest of ingredients; pour over fruits and meat.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
