Healthy Vegetable, Beef, and Barley Soup

  1. In a large soup pot over medium heat cook ground meat, onion, and garlic until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Add spices and cook for another couple of minutes.
  3. (This will smell delicious!)
  4. Add all remaining ingredients, turn to high heat and bring to a good rolling boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about an hour.
  5. Enjoy!
