Balsamic Pork Chops Recipe
- 5 x boneless pork loin chops, 1/2" thick
- 1 1/4 tsp lemon-herb seasoning
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2/3 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- Sprinkle pork proportionately with seasoning and flour.
- COOK pork in warm oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 min on each side or possibly till lightly browned.
- Remove from skillet, and keep hot.
- Add in vinegar and broth to skillet, stirring to loosen particles from bottom.
- Cook, stirring often, over medium-high heat 5 min or possibly till slightly thickened.
- Spoon sauce over pork, and serve immediately.
- This recipe yields 5 servings.
