Venison Bolognese Sauce

  1. Thaw and drain venison well,it.tends to water down recipes.

  3. In large sauce pot
  4. Drain grease and add oregano and next 4 ing.
  5. Stir well and add tomatoes and water.
  6. Bring to a boil,reduce medium low heat and simmer 1 1/2hrs.
  7. What is not used can be frozen for future use.
