Microwaved Moist Steamed Banana Cake
- 1 Ripen banana
- 3 tbsp Cake flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Egg
- Microwave the unpeeled banana for 50 seconds at 500 W. It's easier to mash when softened.
- Combine all the ingredients except for the banana and mix.
- Then, mix in the banana while mashing it with a whisk.
- Pour the batter from Step 2 into the storage container and microwave for 2 minutes, covered at 500 W. Leave it to steam for 2 minutes, and then it's done.
