Cheesy Potatoes and Ham Bake
- 2 cup sour cream
- 12 oz ham steak, cubed
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 30 oz. package frozen shredded hash browns (semi thawed)
- 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Coat 13x9 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together soup, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper.
- Stir in cheese, onion, ham and hash browns until well mixed.
- Spoon evenly into baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 50-60 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Allow 5 minutes to rest before serving.
