Tri-Colour Rice Bowl
- 300 grams Ground meat
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Grated garlic
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Green onions or scallions
- Mix the ingredients and set aside.
- Mix the eggs, mayonnaise, and sugar.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, make scrambled eggs, and transfer to a plate.
- Add the ground meat into the pan, and stir-fry.
- When the colour of the meat changes, add the ingredients, and stir-fry over low to medium heat to let the meat absorb the flavour.
- Serve the rice, eggs, and ground meat in a bowl, and sprinkle with green onions at the end, then it's done.
