Tri-Colour Rice Bowl

  1. Mix the ingredients and set aside.
  2. Mix the eggs, mayonnaise, and sugar.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, make scrambled eggs, and transfer to a plate.
  4. Add the ground meat into the pan, and stir-fry.
  5. When the colour of the meat changes, add the ingredients, and stir-fry over low to medium heat to let the meat absorb the flavour.
  6. Serve the rice, eggs, and ground meat in a bowl, and sprinkle with green onions at the end, then it's done.
