Pullman Salad

  1. Mix first seven ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Alternately add the vinegar and oil.
  3. Blend well and refrigerate, it will be thick.
  4. Serve this dressing over butter lettuce garnished with shredded cheddar cheese and hard boiled eggs.
