Pullman Salad
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon onion juice
- 12 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup white vinegar
- 1 pint canola oil
- Mix first seven ingredients in a food processor.
- Alternately add the vinegar and oil.
- Blend well and refrigerate, it will be thick.
- Serve this dressing over butter lettuce garnished with shredded cheddar cheese and hard boiled eggs.
