All Bran Refrigerator Rolls Recipe

  1. Heat shortening into water.
  2. Add in sugar, cereal & salt, then cold to lukewarm.
  3. Soften yeast in 1 c. hot water then mix with Large eggs.
  4. Add in to bran mix.
  5. Add in flour & beat thoroughly.
  6. Cover & let rise.
  7. Punch down, cover & place in refrigerator till ready to use.
  8. Form into rolls.
  9. Let rise.
  10. Bake at 450 for 20 min.
  11. Will keep about a week.
  12. Dough is soft.
  13. Makes alighter roll if refrigerated before using.
