Baileys Macadamia Nut Pie Recipe
- 5 x Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 3/4 c. Baileys Original Irish Cream
- 1 1/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 c. macadamia nuts
- 1 x 9 inch pie shell
- Method:1.
- Cream together Large eggs, salt, sugar, and butter or possibly margarine.
- Blend in corn syrup and liqueur.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Pour filling into pie shell.

- Bake in a preheated 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) oven for 1 1/2 hrs, or possibly till browned.
- Cold.
- Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
- You would be crazy not to try this!
