Raspberry Swirl Dessert
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries, divided
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (10 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Raspberry Jelly Powder
- 3/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup vanilla nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- 3/4 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- Reserve 1/4 cup raspberries for later use; mash remaining raspberries.
- Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in mashed raspberries and cold water until blended.
- Refrigerate 40 min.
- or until thickened.
- Whisk yogurt and Cool Whip just until blended; spoon into 4 dessert dishes.
- Top with jelly mixture; swirl gently with knife.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Top with reserved raspberries just before serving.
