Berry Pudding Parfait
- 1 pkg. JELL-O Raspberry Gelatin
- 1 gal. hot water
- 1 pkg. JELL-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1 gal. cold milk
- 4-1/2 cups Prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water as directed on package; pour evenly into 2 full hotel pans (or 1 half hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until set.
- Meanwhile, prepare pudding with milk as directed on package; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding into each of 35 parfait glasses (or 5 parfait glasses for trial recipe).
- Cut gelatin into 1-inch cubes.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of the gelatin cubes over pudding in each glass.
- Garnish each with 2 Tbsp.
- of the whipped topping.
