Berry Pudding Parfait

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water as directed on package; pour evenly into 2 full hotel pans (or 1 half hotel pan for trial recipe).
  2. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or until set.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare pudding with milk as directed on package; cover.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Spoon 1/2 cup of the pudding into each of 35 parfait glasses (or 5 parfait glasses for trial recipe).
  6. Cut gelatin into 1-inch cubes.
  7. Spoon 1/2 cup of the gelatin cubes over pudding in each glass.
  8. Garnish each with 2 Tbsp.
  9. of the whipped topping.
