Gooey Brownie Cake

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  4. Cool.
  5. Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl with mixer 6 to 8 min.
  6. or until mixture is thick and lemon colored.
  7. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla; mix well.
  8. Add flour; mix well.
  9. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; place pan in larger shallow pan.
  10. Place on oven rack.
  11. Add enough hot water to larger pan to come halfway up side of batter-filled pan.
  12. Bake 50 to 55 min.
  13. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  14. (Do not overbake.)
  15. Carefully transfer cake to wire rack; cool completely.
