Easy Green Tomato Jam Recipe

• 2 c. minced green tomatoes and juice
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 (3 ounce.) box strawberry Jello

1. Boil tomatoes and sugar, about 12 min.
2. Remove from heat and add in Jello.
3. Mix well, till Jello is melted.
4. Put in 1/2 pint jars and chill.
