Greek Spinach Quiche Recipe

  1. Defrost spinach; squeeze out all water.
  2. Beat Large eggs in half and half in bowl.
  3. Add in cheese, scallions, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees 10 min; lower heat to 350 degrees for 25 min or possibly till quiche is set.
