Drizzled Chocolate Country Tarts
- 18 mini tart shells
- 2 cups frozen whole strawberries
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 3 teaspoons icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- chocolate sauce, to drizzle
- Pepare mini tart shells as per package directins.
- Remove from oven, set aside and cool.
- Thaw frozen whole strawberries and slice in half.
- In a medium bowl, with electric mixer, beat whipping cream, icing sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Divide the whipped cream mixture into the cooked, cooled mini tart shells.
- Top each tart with strawberries.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
