Chinese Style Pork Recipe

  1. Combine pork cubes with soy, sherry, and ginger.
  2. Marinate 15-20 min.
  3. Fry the pork in warm garlic and extra virgin olive oil for 5-6 min.
  4. Remove meat and saute/fry vegetables till barely cooked and crisp.
  5. Add in the pork.
  6. Add in the pepper sauce and salt to taste.
  7. Thicken with cornstarch mix.
  8. Serve over warm rice.
