Spicy pepper scrambled eggs

• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 Green pepper cut into 1/2' squares
• 2 mini red peppers cut into.1/2'squares
• 2 mini yellow peppers cut into.1/2' squares
• 1 small tomato cut into 1/2' square
• 1 salt and pepper to taste
• 1 handful spinach leaf
• 1 sriracha hot sauce to taste

1. Add all ing.
2. Except spinach and hot sauce into a mason jar,put on lid and shake until egg yolk pops and scrambles with all ing.
3. Pour into warm skilet and stir only as it bubbles so they stay fluffy.
4. When cooked,pour over spinach leaves and top with desired amount of sriracha
