Barbeque Chicken Sausage Recipe

• 6 chicken sausages
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic
• celery
• leeks
• 5 tomatoes
• 2 tsp. soy sauce
• 4 red chilli
• salt to taste

1. Cut the chicken sausage flower shape and deep fry keep separate.
2. Cook the other ingredients together and make puree (bar be que sauce).
3. In a frying pan add in 03 spoon of sauce put the fryed sausage in the sauce add in finely minced parsley.
