Fried Oysters a La Norfolk

  1. Preheat fat to 380F.
  2. Wash and drain oysters.
  3. Beat eggs.
  4. Dip oysters into cracker crumbs; dip into egg and again into crumbs.
  5. Fry until golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
