Molded Cheese Delight Recipe

• 1 env. orange-flavored gelatin
• 1 c. warm water
• 20 lg. marshmallows
• 1 c. (1/4 lb.) shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 c. crushed pineapple
• 1 c. pineapple juice
• 1/2 c. minced nuts
• 1/2 pt. whipping cream

1. Dissolve gelatin in warm water.
2. Add in marshmallows and stir till melted.
3. Add in shredded cheese, pineapple, pineapple juice and minced nuts.
4. Refrigeratemix till partially set.
5. Then whip cream and fold into gelatin mix.
6. Refrigeratethoroughly till hard.
7. Unmold on salad greens.
8. (Use 4 1/2 c.
9. mold.)
10. Serves 4 to 6.
