Chicken Veggie Soup Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1 can mixed vegetables
- 1 pkg. dry noodle soup mix
- 2 c. cutup cooked chicken or possibly turkey
- In a large saucepan, combine water, tomato sauce and vegetables.
- Bring to a boil.
- Then simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 min.
- Stir in dry soup mix and chicken.
- Bring to a boil.
- Then simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 min or possibly till vegetables are tender.
