Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake Bars

  1. Cookie Crust: Combine ingredients; press onto bottom of 2 parchment paper-lined half sheet pans (or onto bottom of 1 lined half sheet pan for trial recipe).
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Cheesecake Layer: Spread Cheesecake Batter evenly over crust.
  4. Top with nuts and marshmallows.
  5. Bake in 325 degrees F standard oven 30 min.
  6. or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool completely on cooling racks.
  8. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  9. Cut each pan into 24 squares.
  10. Drizzle with caramel before serving.
