Corinne's Oatmeal Cookies
- 2 cups flour
- 1 14 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups rolled oats (uncooked)
- 1 -1 12 cup raisins
- 1 cup vegetable oil (I use canola)
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the oats, raisins and stir together.
- You can substitute chocolate chips, chopped dates or chopped prunes for all or part of the raisins.
- Add the oil, eggs and milk and mix until blended.
- Drop by spoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
