panner bhurji

  1. make the ginger garlic paste by taking equal amout of ginger n garlic
  2. chop d onions n tomatoes chop dem as small as possible
  3. grate the paneer(or make vry small cubes of paneer)
  4. heat oil(use any oil) in a sauce pan
  5. add the ginger garlic paste.
  6. immediadetly add onions.
  7. fry d onions til dey are golden brown.
  8. add gram masala, turmeric powder, kasuri methi, red mirchi powder.
  9. add tomatoes.
  10. mix dem
  11. add paneer.
  12. add salt n mix it well.
