Vinegared Mackerel and Grated Daikon Radish

  1. Thinly slice the vinegared mackerel.
  2. Since you want to mix it in really well with the daikon radish, make sure the slices are thin.
  3. Combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, and ichimi spice.
  4. Grate the daikon radish and lightly strain the moisture away.
  5. Add it to the mackerel and roughly toss.
  6. Arrange it on a dish and top with Step 2.
  7. Garnish with green onions.
