Next-Day Turkey & Bacon Cheeseburgers
- 2 cups finely chopped cooked turkey
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 7 RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 4 KRAFT Singles Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 4 hamburger buns, partially split
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 CLAUSSEN Kosher Dill Burger Slices
- Mix turkey, bacon, cracker crumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and pepper until well blended.
- Shape into four patties.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat 1 min.
- Add patties; cover.
- Cook 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until cooked through (160 degrees F), topping each patty with a Singles for the last minute of the cooking time.
- Fill buns with lettuce, burgers and pickles.
