Caramelized-Onion BBQ Pork Ribs

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Line roasting pan with Reynolds Wrap Aluminum Foil.
  3. Place ribs in prepared pan; brush both sides of ribs with dressing.
  4. Bake 20 min.
  5. Reduce oven to 300 degrees F. Top ribs with onions; cover with additional foil.
  6. Bake 2 hours or until ribs are tender.
  7. Transfer ribs to cutting board, reserving sauce in pan.
  8. Pour reserved sauce through strainer; discard strained liquid.
  9. Reserve strained onions for later use.
  10. Return ribs to foil-lined pan.
  11. Increase oven to 450 degrees F. Mix barbecue sauce and mustard until blended; spoon over ribs.
  12. Top with reserved onions.
  13. Bake, uncovered, 25 min.
