Cocoa Cake

• 3 tbsp. cocoa
• 1-1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/3 cup liquid shortening
• 1 tbsp. white vinegar
• 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
• 1 cup water

1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
2. Beat to blend thorough.
3. Pour batter into 9-inch square baking pan.
4. Bake at 350F for 20 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
5. Serve warm.
