Black Forest Cheesecake
- 1-1/4 qt. OREO Base Cake
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-1/3 cups unsalted butter, melted
- 2-1/2 qt. JELL-O Brand Cheesecake Filling Mix
- 2-1/2 qt. cold milk
- 1-1/3 cups BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 2 qt. canned cherry pie filling
- 1-1/2 qt. prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping
- 3 cups chocolate syrup
- Mix OREO Base, sugar and butter.
- Press 1-1/2 cups of the base mixture firmly onto bottom and 1 inch up side of each of 4 (9-inch) springform pans (or 1 pan for trial recipe).
- Bake in 375F- standard oven for 8 minutes.
- Prepare cheesecake filling with milk according to package directions.
- Add chocolate; beat until blended.
- Pour evenly into crusts.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or until chilled.
- Spoon about 2 cups of the pie filling evenly over top of each cheesecake; top with the whipped topping.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
