Asian Beef
- 1 lb sliced sirloin
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 12 cup julienne carrot
- 14 teaspoon grated ginger
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 12 cup chopped green onion
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet.
- Add carrots and garlic until steak is cooked well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients except the green onions.
- Stir well and heat until sauce is reduced by 50%--about 5 minutes.
- Add the sirloin and cook just until cooked, not too long or the meat with get tough.
- Serve with rice and the green onions.
