Whole Wheat yogurt pancakes
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cup skim milk
- 8 oz lucerne vanilla yogurt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp splenda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Mix all wet ingredients in seperate bowl.
- Mix all dry ingredients in bowl and add to wet ingredients.
- Whisk together.
- Pour into pan by 1/3 cups.
- Do not judge the time to flip these by bubbles on the top.
- Watch for a slight hardening around the edges.
