Padds Yukon Jack Balls

• 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 12 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 14 cup Yukon Jack or 14 cup Bourbon
• confectioners' sugar (extra)

1. Combine all the dry ingredients and then add the corn syrup and Yukon Jack.
2. Form 1 tablespoon of the dough into a ball.
3. Roll balls in extra powdered sugar.
4. Store in fridge.
