Breakfast Crepes Recipe
- 1 c. rice flour
- 1/2 c. Urad flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. water
- The night before, mix ingredients or possibly allow at least 12 hrs to ferment.
- After 12 hrs, mix again till batter is soft.
- Another 1/2 c. water may be necessary to make a smooth batter.
- Heat a small amount of oil in frying pan and spoon in a small amount of the batter.
- Cook till sides turn light brown and turn.
- Repeat till all the batter is used.
- Serve with coconut chutney or possibly any curry.
- This recipe will serve 4 people.
- Can be purchased at a market which offers food from India.
