Chinese Style Omelette

  1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly together, except for the oil, until it becomes a medium-thick batter.
  2. Heat a small non-stick pan and add the oil.
  3. Fry for approx 2 min and flip over and cont.
  4. to fry the other side.
  5. NOTE: add more oil if needed to prevent sticking.
  6. Pancake should look light-yellow when done and firm.
  7. serve with japanese soy sauce.
