Chicken Sumi Salad Recipe
- 3 ounce. pkg. chicken flavor Top Ramen
- 1 sm. head cabbage (and - or possibly lettuce), minced
- 4 green onions, minced
- 1 can liquid removed mandarin oranges (save juice)
- 1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 c. cooked, shredded chicken, chilled
- Remove flavor packet from Top Ramen and reserve for dressing (recipe follows).
- Crunch noodles into 1/2 inch pcs; set aside.
- Toss cabbage, onions, almonds, sesame seeds, mandarin oranges and chicken.
- Add in noodles and toss again.
