BBQ-Glazed Mini Meatloaves
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Add hot water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until moistened.
- Add meat, cheese and onions; mix well.
- Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with combined barbecue sauce and sugar for the last 10 min.
