Pork Chimichanga

  1. Begin to heat the cooking oil on the stove on medium high heat
  2. Begin stuffing your tortillas with your pork, with your cheese and any of the other ingredients that you want be sure to roll tightly
  3. With tongs carefully put seam side down into the hot oil only to brown the sides.
  4. For 60 seconds on each side then put on a paper towel to drain excess of grease.
  5. Put in baking pan, smother with cheese a little salt and pepper bake in the oven at 375F for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with cocktail sauce, ranch, guacamole any kind of dipping sauce and enjoy!
