Quick and Tasty Lasagna
- 1 box No Boil Lasagna Noodles, 16 Ounce Box
- 10 ounces, weight Ricotta, More Or Less To Taste
- 8 ounces, weight Goat Cheese (more To Taste)
- 28 ounces, fluid Bolognese Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (more To Taste)
- Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
- Combine ricotta and goat cheese.
- Using a 9x9 baking dish (you can really use whatever size you want depending on how many servings youd like to make, but Ive found that a 9x9 is a good size to make about 6-8 servings), begin by laying down a thin layer of sauce.
- Add a layer of no boil noodles, top with more sauce and the ricotta mixture.
- You can also add mozzarella into the layers if youd like it extra cheesy.
- Im not judging you.
- Continue adding layers until youve got enough or you run out of supplies (whichever comes first).
- Top it off with a ton of mozzarella (or a little if you dont like cheese very much).
- Bake until the top is bubbly and browned (usually between 30-40 minutes).
