Quick and Tasty Lasagna

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Combine ricotta and goat cheese.
  3. Using a 9x9 baking dish (you can really use whatever size you want depending on how many servings youd like to make, but Ive found that a 9x9 is a good size to make about 6-8 servings), begin by laying down a thin layer of sauce.
  4. Add a layer of no boil noodles, top with more sauce and the ricotta mixture.
  5. You can also add mozzarella into the layers if youd like it extra cheesy.
  6. Im not judging you.
  7. Continue adding layers until youve got enough or you run out of supplies (whichever comes first).
  8. Top it off with a ton of mozzarella (or a little if you dont like cheese very much).
  9. Bake until the top is bubbly and browned (usually between 30-40 minutes).
  10. Enjoy!
