Cube Steak Roll Ups Recipe
- 4 cube steaks
- 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 can condensed onion soup
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
- Oil for browning steaks
- Brown each steak lightly in oil.
- Spread each with mix of cheese and parsley.
- Return all steaks to skillet, wrapped in bacon strips.
- Secure with toothpicks.
- Cover with 1 can of soup.
- Simmer at least 1 hour or possibly till tender.
- Mix flour in water and pour over steaks.
- Stir for about 5 min.
- Spoon gravy over steaks when serving.
