Beef Brisket And Sauerkraut Recipe

  1. Cover brisket with water; season.
  2. Simmer for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hrs.
  3. Add in sauerkraut, vinegar and brown sugar.
  4. Cook 1 hour longer.
  5. Add in potato and caraway seed.
  6. Cook 10 min longer.
  7. Yeild 6 to 8 servings.
