Salmon Stew
- 1 salmon fishead or fillet
- 2 cup each potato cube and onion
- 1 tbsp chop garlic
- 1 cup white wine or vermouth
- 1 dash salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 can italian plum tomato and juice
- brown potato and onion with bacon chip till fragrant then add garlic
- add tomato and juice with wine , soy sauce and dash salt and black pepper and bay leaf simmer for 3 minute
- put salmon in and cover lid simmer for 8 minute toss pan every now and then
- off heat and serve
