Spicy Crock-Pot Chicken

  1. Put frozen chicken breasts in crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle with taco seasoning mix.
  3. Drain diced tomatoes and green chilies, but reserve the liquid for possible use later.
  4. Add vinegar to crockpot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  6. After 6 hours of cooking, you may need to shred the chicken using 2 forks.
  7. Stir and continue cooking.
  8. May need to add all or part of the reserved liquid if it looks too dry.
