Grilled Pizza

  1. From the dough, pat out a piece of dough that is large/small enough for an individual pizza and easy to handle.
  2. Lay it on the hot grill and let grill until bottom is done, then flip it over.
  3. It only takes a few minutes so you will need to stay right with it.
  4. When the crust is done, bring inside and top with tomato slices, few carmalized onions, mozzarella cheese, a small amount of blue cheese (it's kinda strong, but adds a really good flavor), torn basil, few minced anchovies and some grilled peppers.
  5. Place under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and topping is heated.
