Chicken Stuffed Tortillas Recipe
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1/4 c. minced green chilies
- 1/4 c. minced green bell peppers
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
- 2 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 10 flour tortillas
- Corn oil

- Saute/fry onion, green onion, green pepper in butter till tender, add in soup, water, taco seasoning, olives, green chilies and vinegar for sauce.

- Combine 1/2 c. sauce and chicken in a bowl for filling.
- 3.
- Soften tortillas one at a time in hot oil and remove.
- 4.
- Place 2 Tbsp.
- of filling along center of tortilla and roll tortilla.
- Arrange in large baking dish.
- 5.
- Pour remaining sauce over tortillas in dish.
- 6.
- Cover dish and bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 min.
- 7.
- Serve with garnish.
