Seafood Delight Recipe
- 1 pound shrimp, cleaned
- 1 pound conch, tenderized, cut into chunky pcs
- 1 lg. bell pepper, cut lengthwise 1/2" thick
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 stick butter
- Season salt to taste
- Dash of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 3 tbsp. all purpose flour
- Dash of Kitchen Bouquet
- Wipe the shrimp and conch pcs to remove all water.
- In a large skillet heat butter over low heat, then add in shrimp, conch, onion, bell pepper, garlic pwdr, season salt, lemon juice and black pepper, constantly stirring till shrimp are done.
- Then add in stewed tomatoes.
- Simmer for 3 min.
- Add in flour, season salt, and pepper in a 1 c. measuring c.. Add in water to the 1 c. line.
- Stir for 1 minute.
- Add in to shrimp and conch mix.
- Simmer 5 min.
- For browning gravy add in a dash of Kitchen Bouquet.
- If gravy is too thick to your taste add in more water.
- Serve over yellow rice.
- You may add in any of your seafood favorites to make this recipe.
- Yellow tails, crab, etc.
