Vanilla Vodka Peanut Butter Ganache

• 1 12 oz bag peanut butter chips
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp vanilla vodka
• 1 tsp unsalted butter
• 1 tsp light corn syrup

1. add chips, vodka, syrup to a bowl.
2. microwave milk & butter about 30-50 seconds just till really hot.
3. pour over chips mixture let sit 1-2 minutes do not stir.
4. once time is up give a good stir with whisk till incorporated.
5. Dunk top of cupcakes into ganache.Enjoy
