Delicious Sausage Soup

• 5 12 cups chicken broth
• 12 cup heavy cream
• 3 carrots, grated
• 4 potatoes, cubed
• 4 cups kale, chopped
• 1 lb hot Italian sausage, browned
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1. Combine broth and cream in slow cooker.
2. Turn on High.
3. Add carrots, potatoes, kale, and sausage.
4. Sprinkle spices over top.
5. Cover.
6. Cook on High 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
