Turkey With Cranberries and Orange Sauce

  1. In a skillet, combine all of the orange juice, zest, orange marmalade, celery and cranberries.
  2. Heat to boiling over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Stir in rice, salt, pepper and turkey.
  5. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, until turkey and rice are almost cooked.
  6. Add frozen green beans in a ring outside edge of pan.
  7. Sprinkle pecans in center of turkey mixture.
  8. Cover and cook over medium low heat 10-15 minutes longer, until beans are hot.
  9. Garnish with parsley.
